Childbirth Preparation
Four consecutive Mondays or Thursdays • 6:30 - 9 p.m.

Register early. The four class series covers onset of labor, inductions, Cesarean sections, relaxation, anesthesia and postpartum. Includes a tour of the maternity units.
Cost: $25 if delivering at Springhill Hospital.

Infant CPR

Attend this potentially life-saving technique while you are pregnant or soon after your baby's birth. Covers infant CPR and choking. Cost: $5.00 if delivering at SMC.

Me, Too! A Tour for Siblings

Join us for an individualized tour and instruction for siblings ages 9 and younger, by appointment only. The event includes a tour of the maternity areas and tips on helping parents with the new baby. Parents must remain with their children.
