All patients entering the program must receive a physician referral. Each patient must undergo a treadmill test in order to determine the appropriate level at which activity is to begin. The treadmill test may be performed by referring physician or upon the first visit in our program. Another treadmill test will be performed upon completion to assist in a maintenance program. Cardiac Rehabilitation accepts patients with the following diagnoses:

• Myocardial infarction (heart attack)
• Coronary artery bypass graft
• Angina
• Angioplasty
• Congestive heart failure
• Other cardiovascular diseases
