Applicant must have the ability to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain all standard HVAC systems and mechanical units including chiller, pumps, DX, water source heat pumps and cooling towers. Ability to perform load calculations and install or manage all HVAC installation projects including but not limited to new systems, ductwork, piping & controls. Ability to manage and oversee filter exchange programs. Knowledge and ability to repair and maintain digital control systems, frequency drives and variable air volume systems is a plus.
