Springhill Memorial Hospital’s Dietary Department serves patients meals in a Room Service type setting called At Your Request (AYR). This unique patient oriented program allows patients to choose what they want to eat, when they want it! Patients order meals at anytime during hours of operation (6:30am-6:30pm) by dialing MEAL or x6325. The requested meals are then prepared fresh to order by AYR associates. The meal is assembled and checked for accuracy and the AYR Hostess then delivers the meal to the patient.
If a family member would like to assist the patient by selecting their food preferences and ordering for them, they are welcome to call our AYR Call Center from home to place the order. The number from outside of the Hospital is 410-MEAL (6325). Additionally, if you have a family member staying with you, he/she is also welcome to order from the Room Service menu and their meal can be delivered to the room. The cost is $7, and can be purchased from the Courtyard Café cashier on the first floor.
