Springhill Medical Center Rehabilitation offers quality care in a comprehensive multidisciplinary setting. Our goal is to meet all your needs. Most major insurances accepted, as well as Medicare, Medicaid, Visa, MasterCard, personal checks and/or cash. All insurance claims are filed as a courtesy, however, ultimate financial lies with the patient.
Scheduling Appointments
Upon referral by your physician or company insurance carrier, appointments should be scheduled in advance prior to the first visit. For an appointment at our Springhill campus location, please call (251) 340-0688. It would be beneficial to arrive approximately 30 minutes prior to your initial visit to complete the necessary insurance paperwork. We'll be happy to assist in processing your appropriate claim forms.
