General Information
- Our facility welcomes visitors daily from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.
- Intensive Care Unit (ICU) and 3500 visiting hours are scheduled in 30-minute slots.
- A maximum of two visitors are permitted per patient at a time in critical care areas.
- Specific ICU/3500 visiting slots include:
- 9 - 9:30 a.m.
- 1 - 1:30 p.m.
- 4:30 - 5 p.m.
- 9 - 9:30 p.m.
Visitor Policies for Inpatient Units
- On all inpatient (non-critical) units, two visitors per patient are allowed.
- Visitors may take turns during visitation hours, adhering to a limit of two visitors in the patient’s room at any given time.
Emergency Department (ED) Visits
- Two visitors are allowed per patient once they are assigned a room or area within the ED.
- Visitors should remain in the patient's designated room.
- Rotation of visitors is permitted during the ED stay.
- No visitors are allowed for COVID-19 positive patients or patients showing symptoms.
Observation and Outpatient Surgical Procedures
- Two visitors are permitted for each patient during their pre-operative period.
- If a patient is admitted, standard inpatient visitation rules apply.
Labor and Delivery Visitation
- Two visitors are allowed to stay overnight with the patient for the duration of their stay.
- Visitation is permitted from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., with the flexibility of rotating two visitors at a time.
- Visitors exhibiting cold or flu symptoms are prohibited.
Special Circumstances
- Exceptions to visitation hours include:
- End-of-life care, including clergy visits.
- Labor and Delivery.
- Pediatric care requiring the presence of a parent or legal guardian.
- Essential in-person caregiver training, adhering to social distancing and safety precautions.
- Patients with disabilities who need a legal guardian or support person.
