To apply for Medicaid or other third-party benefit programs, please contact us at 251.410.4047 or 251.460.5438. One of our Patient Financial Counselors can assist you with reviewing your potential Medicaid eligibility and assist with the application process or guide you to the appropriate resource.
Our Patient Financial Counseling Department is open Monday through Friday 8 am to 4:30 pm.

If you do not qualify for Medicaid or other third-party benefit programs, and are unable to pay your hospital bill in full, please contact us at 251.460.5245 to make payment arrangements. One of our Patient Account Representatives can guide you, possibly provide certain discounts, and help you design a plan to assist with the payment of your bill.
