Deanna Kyrimis serves as Chief Executive Officer at Springhill Medical Center, where she leads the organization’s strategic direction. Her leadership is focused on fostering a culture of innovation and patient-centered care, advancing clinical excellence, and strengthening organizational resilience in alignment with Springhill’s mission to provide compassionate, high-quality healthcare to the community.
Ms. Kyrimis joined Springhill Medical Center with a proven record of guiding complex health systems through transformation and growth. Her experience spans multi-hospital networks, physician enterprises, and clinically integrated organizations, where she has led strategic planning, operational integration, and managed care initiatives across diverse markets.
Prior to her current role, Ms. Kyrimis held executive leadership positions across major health systems, including roles overseeing hospital operations, physician enterprises, and clinically integrated networks. She has guided organizations through strategic growth, operational transformation, and major market expansion. She has also consulted two health systems on initiatives such as multi-state clinical integration, value-based care, and managed care strategies.

Deanna Kyrimis received her bachelor's degree in Psychology from Arizona State University, a master's degree in Business Administration from the University of California, Irvine, a master's degree in Organizational Leadership from the University of Oxford, and is completing her doctorate of science in Healthcare Leadership at the University of Alabama, Birmingham.
